LOCAL POETRY GROUPS

The Inkwell, Oakville’s longest running poetry group continues evolving as the poetry community of Oakville changes. Today, each event begins with 20 minutes exploring the works of a ‘great’ poet. Then local poets share their original poems with the audience. Some people just come to listen. Everyone is welcome at this friendly and supportive event. Location: Upstairs lounge at Timothy's World Coffee on Lakeshore, corner Dates: second Thursday of each month Time: 7-9 pm
